The Celestial Scourge is a WvW roaming necromancer build with support for its allies. While scourge is generally easy to focus in small scale situations, which is why it tends to perform better in large scale, this build allows you to survive being focused with barrier generation, protection uptime, mobility, and immobilization removal. This lets you get value out of the hybrid synergy of celestial with the barrier scaling on healing power as well as the torment Creating and using Sand Shades in chaotic and spread out fights can be difficult, but try to place your shades on enemies to deal torment damage to them while you stand next to your allies to provide them barrier and cleansing when using your F1-5 abilities.
- Keep up at least 1 Sand Shade with F1
- F2 when you cast a Sand Shade on an enemy
- F3 when near an ally
- F5 when other shade skills are on cooldown
- Staff 2/3/4
- Pistol 2/3
When CC is necessary, use the Warhorn 4, Staff 5, F4 Sand Shade, and Spectral Ring which will fear enemies, and with the Fear of Death trait these will last longer.

- Weapon: Scepter instead of Pistol
- Sigil: instead of Torment sigil
- Relic: for more damage
- Relic: for stronger revival
|Heal / Utility / Elite
- Blood Magic: for extra heal but less damage
NOTE: Be careful while using Transfusion near other groups as you might grief their revival attempts by moving the downed bodies.
