Overview
The Bloodsong Virtuoso is a DPS mesmer build with mostly ranged damage which has a hybrid of power and condition damage. Dagger skills and Phantasms will give bleeding which will stock blades and allow you to give out more bleeding and blades.
Playstyle
Role: DPS 
Use shatters/bladesongs when at 5 blades. Prioritize using the F2 first since it does more damage and the F1 has 2 charges to allow more room to delay its cooldown. Only use the F3 for CC and the F4 and F5 when you need defense. Use Signet of Illusions when shatters are on cooldown but not almost up and blades are stocked. Reset the cooldown of your phantasms with Signet of the Ether when low on blade generation. Use Thousand Cuts off cooldown or save it for a burst window.

- F2 (only at 5 Blades)
- F1 (only at 5 Blades)
- Sword 5 / Focus 5
- Signet of the Ether
- Dagger 2/3
- Signet of Illusions
- F5 (only when F2 and F1 are not off cooldown and blade generation is high)
CC: Double tap Sword and Focus 4, F3, and casting Signet of Domination.
