GW2. WvW Build. Condition Scepter Catalyst WvW Roaming Build. Elementalist World vs World.

The Condition Scepter Catalyst is a WvW roaming elementalist build with consistent ranged damage potential that can build up over time when allowed to freely cast, but its damage drops off when under pressure.
Because of the Written in Stone trait, your signets maintain their passives after activating them, and will grant an aura when activated depending on which signet was used. Signet of Air gives shocking aura which helps you to stun break and shrug off enemy attackers. Signet of Earth immobilizes the target to allow you to land your damage, especially after casting the Fire 2. Signet of Restoration is a decent heal that should be used relatively often to make use of its low cooldown.
With Fire attunement you can keep using the 1 skill to burn your target without much ability to avoid it and by casting the Air Jade Sphere before this you can have long quickness uptime for even faster application. However, this is a single condition which can easily be cleansed so you may want to use some of the following combos to pressure out cooldowns first. Once they are out of cooldowns, finish them off using the Fire 1 repeatedly.
Basic Rotation
- Earth 2 > Earth Jade Sphere > 3 > 2 > Swap Air
- Air 2 > 3 > 5 > Air Jade Sphere > Swap Fire
- Fire 2 > Signet of Earth > 3 > 11111
Heal Combo
- Water 3 > Jade Sphere + Water 5 > Swap Earth
- Earth 4
Use Elemental Celerity in Fire attunement to repeat one of the burst combos, or use it in Earth to gain extra defenses.

What changes can I make to adapt this build in the Open World?
You can play the Celestial Fire variant with Elementalist runes and will do fine
Are you going to change something about power variant after all the nerfs especially 18th of July nerfs?
Nothing to change, the nerfs were necessary but is still the same build

Btw, i was thinking about use Adventurer rune instead balthazar rune (roaming). What do u think about it ?
I rather take Divinity, Catalyst gets more value of all stats. Balthazar is just good because burning is strong.
Marauder and rune of infiltration give you 106% crt chance which is overkill, few dragon pieces would increase crt dmg and cap crt chance at 100% better?

any tips for playing the scepter/focus version? and would you ever consider running additional sigils to get more use out of Written In Stone?
