DPS Variant
Overview
The Condition Specter is a DPS thief build with great single target ranged damage and CC. It can choose to support its allies which is great for changing to a more defensive playstyle during higher pressure situations, then swap back to doing damage. It can focus on doing reliable damage, or it can also have a higher supportive build with Alacrity sharing capabilities.
Playstyle
Role: DPS 
Always prevent your initiative from maxing out. Initiative gained while at maximum initiative is lost and therefore a DPS loss. Use Scepter 3 to expend initiative. Using Siphon and entering Shadow Shroud will give initiative. You want to use Siphon and Shroud as soon as possible to get more initiative over time, but without maxing initiative. Therefore, you shouldn’t wait until you have no initiative to use Shroud or Siphon, but wait until using them will not result in maxing your initiative. So a priority will look like this:
- Use venoms off cooldown when you can share them with multiple players nearby
- Siphon F1 (if you can use Scepter 3 before your initiative maxes)
- Enter Shroud and use 2 > 4 (if you can use Scepter 3 before your initiative maxes)
- Scepter 3 to deplete initiative

Alacrity Variant
The Alacrity variant has the same playstyle with managing initiative by using Scepter 3 and regaining initiative with Siphon and Shroud, but staying in Shroud longer is needed to provide Alacrity using the Shroud abilities. So a priority will look like this:
- Use venoms off cooldown when you can share them with multiple players nearby
- Siphon F1 (if you can use Scepter 3 before your initiative maxes)
- Enter Shroud and use 2 > 4 > 5 then stay in Shroud to spam 1 and 2 to keep pulsing alacrity. Maxing on initiative is fine if you need to upkeep alacrity in more spread out fights.
- Scepter 3 to deplete initiative
