GW2. WvW Build. Condition Specter WvW Roaming Build. Thief WvW. Small Scale WvW Build.
Role: Medic
The Condition Specter is a Thief WvW roaming build with mobility to survive in small-scale fights while pumping boons and barrier to allies which apply venoms to their attacks allowing you to pressure enemies while focusing on healing allies.
The main skill is the Scepter/Pistol 3 which targets an ally or an enemy and either ports toward them if an ally or away from them if an enemy. This then enables the second part of the skill which is a beam to the target. If it is an enemy it will apply torment and slow, but if it is an ally it will give them barrier, regeneration, and vigor. The effect is shared with allies near your target at a reduced effect, but the amount given to the main target is powerful.
In between buffing your allies with the Scepter 3, you want to help provide them boons by using the Well of Bounty and Well of Gloom, which give resistance to allies and quickness to you due to the Relic of the Chronomancer, allowing you faster animations on Scepter 3. You can also share Basilisk Venom and Devourer Venom when you want to secure a kill with your allies, then use Siphon F1 to steal the boons from that target (prioritizes stability) so your allies can stun and immobilize them for an easy kill.
Because swapping between enemy and ally targeting is such an important aspect of this build, certain keybinds and commands are important to learn and set up to make targeting easier in fast-paced combat where it can be difficult to target allies.
Keybinds – Set a key for these in the Control Options
- Nearest Ally – Great for quickly targeting someone when you can move toward them to ensure they are the closest target, but may not be able to click on them.
- Set Personal Target – Place an orange icon above their head, this will remain there until you change it or they run off-screen. Other allies cannot see or interact with this one, so it is independent of the red icon you can place. Place this on a priority ally you want to ensure you can keep alive.
- Take Personal Target – Change your target to the player you placed your Personal Target on. This allows quickly swapping to them when in more hectic situations where it can be difficult to find them.
Once you can find your target, keep using the Scepter 3 to pump boons into high-priority players who can make use of the healing and barrier. When low on the initiative, rotate into Shroud F2 to keep providing support while your initiative regenerates. Also, you can save some initiative to combine your finishers from Shroud with the Pistol 5 smoke field to give stealth to allies.
Basic Shroud Rotation
- F2 > Shroud 2 > 5 > 3 > 4 > 2
Stealth Sharing Combos
- Pistol 5 > Shroud 2
- Pistol 5 + Blinding Powder
- Shroud 5 > Pistol 5

for the last build did u try condi specter with full cele and Wells? If so isnt it better?
Do you prefer the condi or power versions?
No, staff is a power based weapon
what do you think about the new Demon Queen relic on this one?
I tested but Akeem is more damage, you already have plenty poison so the extra reduced healing doesn’t have much value
Jen, I don’t see anyone playing with this build either in the game or on YouTube. Is it still a strong build?
That’s because nobody does roaming Youtube content besides us, and I didn’t have time yet to put a video, but now that you asked yes, I have some clips for the next days. It is really strong now, check I updated the relic. Check on JenPlays youtube channel.
There is added to the page a new updated gameplay.
