Condition Spellbreaker Roaming Build

Role: Bruiser

The Condition Spellbreaker is a WvW roaming warrior build that counters condition builds by copying them back to their enemies with Full Counter. However, the build is relatively low on kill-securing potential because of its heavy investment into survivability. Despite this, it works well as a frontline tank in medium-sized fights because it can put out so many cover conditions and CC with full counter as well as the ability to revive allies or stomp enemies with the Battle Standard elite skill.

Always swap weapons off cooldown to generate adrenaline, use the Longbow F1 burst to create fire fields, and stand your ground in the fire field to tax enemies who try to attack you. You can also use the Sword 2 to leap through the fire field which grants you fire aura and will burn enemies that attack you. This makes fighting around small areas with line of sight great for this build where you can control the terrain with your fire fields, and big open spaces are much more difficult for this build to perform in.

Your F2 Full Counter will apply many conditions if you successfully block an attack with it and the resulting AoE hits enemies around you. Try not to be predictable with this, as it can be easy to get trigger-happy when it represents much of your build’s effectiveness at such a low cooldown. These conditions may not always deal damage like Slow and Cripple, but they can serve as cover conditions to make it harder for enemies to cleanse your damaging conditions.

Basic Rotation: Sword 4 > 2 > Swap (Geo/Doom Sigils) > Longbow 2 > 4 > 5 > F1 > 3 > 4 > Swap > Sword 2 > F2 > 4 > 3 > Swap

Sword 5 is a block that will also reflect projectiles due to the Shield Master trait, but it will counterattack any melee attackers with a heavy bleeding attack.
