The DPS Soulbeast is a frontliner WvW Zerg ranger build that dishes out tons of damage and CC due to the Hammer and Mace resets. It has great burst damage combos for coordinated bombs, but it is mostly melee so it requires timing to know when to go in. Because squads often have high stability uptime which counters many CCs, it may not disable enemies often. However, with low stacks of stability, it is possible to brute force each stack off which adds up when others are using CCs as well.

Skill Combos

• One Wolf Pack > Hammer 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > Merged F1-3 > Swap
• Dolyak Stance > Storm Spirit > Mace 3 > 4 > 2 > 5 > 5 (if full stacks for reset)

Make sure to select the correct Hammer skills (right click out of combat) since there are unleashed and normal versions. The Unleashed 2 and 3 are best because the 2 does more damage and the 3 removes boons. Use the normal 4 and 5 for their CC, immobilize and knockdown.

Use Dolyak Stance when engaging to minimize counter-pressure and the active of Signet of the Wild when you want to immobilize for the burst.
