Draconis Mons Master

Draconis Mons Master is a sub-collection of “Aurora: Awakening”, and is necessary to obtain the Legendary Accessory Aurora. You must participate in events, defeat enemies, and gather resources in the Draconis Mons map.

Getting there:

To get to Draconis Mons, complete the story step “Taimi’s Pet Project” of the episode “Flashpoint”.

Alternatively, after completing the story, you can use a to bring a different character to the map or with the that can be purchased from the Unbound Magic vendors.

Heavy Houndskin Mantle

This can be obtained by doing the 20 required achievements from the “Flashpoint” Mastery achievement. Check out the complete guide for mastery on this guide HERE.

Alternatively, you can obtain it by completing the Draconis Mons WvW/PvP reward track.

The Wayfarer’s Henge

The backpiece is acquired through 4 time-gated collections that take a minimum of 16 days to complete.

Purchase this item from Tactician Tunelle for 7000 Karma after completing the heart. Find this NPC at Savage Rise.

Fiery Liberator

Purchase this item from Escaped Prisoner Arissea for 7000 Karma after completing the heart. Find this NPC at Heathen’s Hold.

Enemy of the Inquest

Purchase this item from Mark I Golemite for 7000 Karma after completing the heart. Find this NPC at Rata Arcanum. To get to this heart, start from Heaten’s Hold Waypoint – [&BM0JAAA=], use the Thermal Tubes, and glide.

Friend of Golems

Purchase this item from Z.O.X. for 7000 Karma after completing the heart. Find this NPC at Ancient Hollow.

Searing Ascender

Find this item in the final chest of the “Searing Ascent” jumping puzzle.

Ancient Asuran Wrench

Obtain this item by defeating the Champion devourer at the Golemancer’s Tomb.

Depleted Power Source

This can be found inside Zinn’s Stashes. To open them you must first buy the Technomagical Detector from Supplymaster Hanjo at Mariner’s Landing to unlock the Ancient Asuran Power Sources for purchase from the merchants of Draconis Mons.

Buy these Ancient Asuran Power Sources from the heart vendors, and use them to locate the Stashes. The drop of the Depleted Power Source is random, so it might take some time until it drops.

Ignis Heart

This item is obtained after defeating the Legendary Destroyer Ignis. Find this boss in the Western Boiling Sea at the lower level of the map.

Aestus Heart

This item is obtained after defeating the Legendary Destroyer Aestus. Find this boss in the Eastern Boiling Sea at the lower level of the map.

Bloodstone-Charged Lava Wurm Scale

This item is obtained after defeating the Bloodstone-Charged Lava Wurm. Find this boss at Heathen’s Hold.

Spirit Bough

This item is obtained after defeating the Greater Wardbough. Find this boss at Savage Rise.

Albino Orchid Blossom

You have a chance to obtain this item when gathering Primordial Orchids. You can find these resource nodes across the entire map. They are visible on the mini-map (until collected) but they won’t show on the full-screen map.
