Marshal Fire Weaver Roaming Build

GW2. Marshal Fire Weaver Roaming Build.

The Marshal Fire Weaver is a hybrid build with very good sustain that can pressure enemies non-stop with power and condition damage. It offers many evades and damage mitigation due to barriers. It has very good disengage with off-hand dagger and Lightning Flash, and of course Fiery Greatsword as mandatory for WvW ultimate escape, but the elite stance is a better option if you plan to fight around objectives. This build works pretty good as solo and for small groups because arcane traits offers boons to allies on every attunement swap. Can use focus as alternative for dagger if you need even more sustain and projectile reflect, equip both to have the option to swap out of combat, is the best call.

  1. Slight tweak: I’m running water instead of arcane for strong sustain. For fire I went with lesser cleanse, burning rage & blinding ashes. This isn’t a crit chance heavy build, you’ll get more use out of lesser cleanse. It is condi dmg heavy build, so you’ll get more out of burning rage. And blinding to avoid dmg is great; this will affect everyone you burn, coupled with aoe, you help prevent dmg from outnumbered scenarios.
I personally like water over arcane and using cantrips & stances. You constantly have regeneration and barriers going for you at that point. And it becomes an endurance fight. I like knowing I have the backup plan of switching to water, recuperating, then back to fire for spanking enemies. I can literally be almost dead, go a quick rotation and I’m back to full health with barriers.
