The Power Harbinger is a totally offensive approach to necromancer WvW roaming with the very minimum of sustain but high mobility and burst. Spectral Walk and Flesh Wurm are very important for keeping you alive, and knowing when to disengage with them is important to avoid being focused.
All of the Shroud 2/3/4 abilities hit very hard, especially the 3 and 4 when they exchange blight for extra damage. Make sure to cast Elixirs at your feet to gain more blight much faster because fights won’t last long enough for you to slowly gain blight in Shroud. Try to land your Focus 5 and Dagger 3 to remove boons and to immobilize enemies so you can follow up with these powerful Shroud abilities.
Shroud 4 is an evade and a Daze tied to a leap, so choosing whether to be aggressive or defensive with this skill is key. If you go too hard and have no escapes you can easily die. Always try to have an escape whether it is through mobility in Shroud or one of the port utilities. Use Staff to poke targets and bait dodges in between these cooldowns.
