Role: DPS 
The Power Scepter Catalyst DPS is an elementalist build that provides boons to its party such as might, protection, and quickness. It can go for full DPS or a Quickness-providing variant. When running the quickness variant, always prioritize using Jade Spheres on your squad to apply quickness.
Skill Priority
Long pulsing damaging AoEs from the Jade Sphere and the Warhorn can be stacked up on top of each other and then improved with Fresh Air. Try to swap to Air attunement quickly during combos to maintain the damage modifier during the overlapping damage abilities.
Alternate between Air attunement and the other attunements, prioritizing Fire attunement when it is off cooldown because it provides the most damage and buffs, then Water for a quick burst, and Earth only when everything else is on cooldown.
Attunement Rotation
Fire > Air > Water > Air > Earth > Air > Repeat
Example Rotation
- Fire 5 + Jade Sphere > Relentless Fire > Glyph of Storms > 2 > 3 > Swap Air
- Air 2 + Jade Sphere > 5 > Swap Water
- Water 2 + Jade Sphere > 3 > Swap Air
- Air 2 > Swap Earth
- Earth 2 > 5 > 2 + 3 > Swap Air
- Air 2 > Swap Fire > Repeat
Use Elemental Celerity to recharge your Fire Attunement skills and repeat the 5 > 2 > 3. Use Water 4 and Air 4 as part of the rotation to gain more stacks of Elemental Empowerment if you don’t need them for break bar later on.
