Role: Assassin

Preferred Group Size: 1-10

The Power Strength Spellbreaker is a mobile Warrior build for WvW roaming with the Staff and Greatsword weapons which both have plenty of movement skills to be able to escape outnumbered situations or chase down other fleeing enemies.

Strength traits gives synergy to might generation including more dodges and healing. Dodging is very important because it deals damage and grants might, so always try to dodge onto enemies rather than away from them. Landing your Burst (F1) skills will apply a tether to the target which pulses might and can pull them toward you when the tether is stretched too far. Also swapping weapons and landing critical hits will grant might. When at 20 stacks of might you gain more critical chance which is helpful for more reliable burst damage.

Basic Combo

• Staff 2 > 3 > 4 > F1 > Swap
• Greatsword F1 > 3 > 4 > 5
• Bull’s Charge > Greatsword 2

Avoid using Staff 4 when your weapon swap is still on cooldown, as most of its value is setting up your burst combos. Much of your sustain relies on landing burst skills which applies a tether to the target, and maintaining the tether on the target for might generation, but moving out of range of the tether will pull the target and can set up a finishing burst combo.
