GW2. Best Open World Build. Spear Dragoon Vindicator Open World. Revenant PvE.

The Spear Dragoon Vindicator for Open World is a revenant build that mirrors the fantasy lance-wielding, high-jumping Dragoon class. Due to the dodge dealing so much damage while also evading, investing in getting as many dodges as possible allows you to perform very well just by dodging. The high dodge uptime is achieved by using the Vindicator’s F2. the Scavenger Burst from the Luxon Alliance Stance, and sigils of Stamina and Energy.
While the Spear and Mallyx Stance skills are not used much, there isn’t much need for them because you will be mostly dodging. However, they are important for the pulls they provide from Spear 4 and Call to Anguish which will allow you to gather enemies and dodge on top of them. Also when Scavenger Burst hits more targets it will grant more endurance and therefore provide you with more dodges when you pull enemies together.
Follow this general skill priority to maximize how many dodges you can perform. Always dodge as your main priority, then try to use the Scavenger’s Burst or F2 off cooldown only if it will not overcap your endurance. When none of these are available you can use the Spear 5.

If at any time you need to pull enemies together, use the Spear 4 or swap to Mallyx. Also use the Spear 3 or swap to use the Staff 3/5 if you need a quick dodge but don’t have one in the instant you need it.

I put this build together, and am enjoying it a lot! Thanks for the info. I wonder: What would you think about using the Relic of the Midnight King, instead?
It works very well too with Relic of Rivers.
