Wuthering Waves Verina Character Guide

WuWa. Wuthering Waves Verina Guide Character Build. Spectro Support.

Verina is a 5-star character that wields a Rectifier and uses Spectro as her elemental damage. She is a Support that can quickly heal and buff her allies with little investment.

Pros – Extremely fast Concerto generation and plenty of damage buffs. Prevents an ally from receiving fatal damage at level 70 Inherent Skill.

Cons – Leaps into the air often, causing her to wait to land and cast other skills.

Team Compositions – Any team that wants a healer or damage buffs. Some of her heals scale with ATK, so a team that has party-wide ATK buffs can synergize well with her.

Skills and Playstyle

Basic Attack – Her five part ranged Basic Attack chain will give one bar of Forte but mostly will be used to generate Concerto.

Forte Circuit – There are four bars of Forte with multiple ways of obtaining one each.

  • Intro
  • Resonance
  • Fifth Basic Attack

Heavy Attack/Aerial Attack – One bar of Forte will be consumed when using a Heavy Attack or an Aerial Attack. Each bar consumed will heal the entire team and give Concerto.

Resonance Skill (E) – Creates foliage in a line to damage enemies. Provides one Forte bar and 30 Concerto.

Resonance Liberation – Heals all characters and then adds a debuff to the enemy for 12 seconds which damages them and heals your current character when they hit the marked targets. It also provides 20 Concerto.

Rotation

  • E > Forte Heavy > Swap Character
  • Swap back to Verina after at least 12 seconds
  • E > Forte Heavy > R > Q > Outro

Intro Skill – Gives one Forte bar.

Outro Skill – Heals the next character by 19% of Verina’s ATK per second for 6 seconds. All characters deal 15% more damage for 30 seconds.

No. She performs well enough without them and the sequences don’t do much besides provide a bit more healing. If you did want to optimize her slightly, the second sequence will make her rotation faster.
