Role: Assassin 
The Condition Shatter Chronomancer is a high burst WvW roaming mesmer build that generates high amounts of clones to shatter while also getting great synergy from the Chronophantasma trait to spawn phantasms twice.
Use the Staff 3 or Torch 5 Phantasms off cooldown and then enter stealth with your Torch 4, Signet of Midnight, or Mass Invisibility. Your phantasms do not reveal you from stealth, allowing the double phantasm to pressure them while you prepare for your next assault. Be careful of the bouncing effect of Staff 1 which can reveal you.
Continuum Split (F5) is where your burst combos happen, and you can get creative with it. Any cooldowns used while inside it will immediately return after leaving the Rift. Use your Mirror Images and all clone/phantasm generating skills inside it because the clones persist afterwards but your cooldowns will return. Also Stealth skills will be recharged but the stealth you gain from them will remain.
Continuum Rift Combo
- Staff 2 > 3 > Swap > Axe 2 > Torch 5 + Continuum Rift Enter
- Torch 4 + Mirror Images > Axe 3 > 2 > F2 > F1 > Exit Continuum Rift
- Repeat from Torch 5
Shatter Combo
- Staff 3 > 5 > 2 > Swap
- Axe 2 (3 Clones) > Axe 3 + F2 > Mirror Images + F3 > Axe 2 + F1

love condi chrono! torch is solid , but you can switch out torch for focus , and Akeem with Aristocracy. for a little change. oh and axe for sword.
Would cele be okay for this or is Tb better?
Trailblazer is always better as have way more condition damage than cele. Cele only works if the build can generate Might and other boons. Stil if you want to add a bit more healing instead of going cele you can mix a bit pieces of Apothecary, same as the Condition Druid for example.
Just fyi i think the staff and axe shown are not trailblazer if they should be as the stats on mouseover is viper if i am not mistaken. if this is an error just wanted to bring to your attention. Thanks for the build Jen. God Bless
