Devastation Variant
The Power Vindicator is a burst revenant roaming build that maintains its health by its evade uptime while swapping legends to regenerate. With Devastation it can regenerate even more health with lifesteal gained when vulnerability is applied from the Death Drop dodge choice.
Skill Rotation:
Start in Luxon Stance and precast a Spear of Archemorus then engage with Scavenger Burst into Greatsword 3 or Sword 5, then burst with Greatsword 5 or Sword 3 then dodge to follow through with your burst. Swap to Kurzick Stance to evade with Battle Dance, cleanse conditions with Tree Song, or to prevent counter pressure with the Urn of Saint Viktor. Try to deplete all of your energy then swap stances.
In Shiro Stance try to conserve energy so you can use the Riposting Shadows to stun break if needed or to do a big burst with the Phase Traversal for quickness. Only use Impossible Odds when combined with your Greatsword 5 or Sword 3 or when about to swap out of Shiro stance.
Don’t overthink swapping legends at below 10 energy for Charged Mists to give the 25 extra energy if you can’t conveniently, better to keep rotating through your legends quickly in a fast paced encounter than to delay. However, the more you practice the easier it is to find the puzzle pieces to get your energy below 10 by channeling Impossible Odds right before swapping out of Shiro, or swapping between the Alliance stances to fit the perfect costing skill in before swapping.
Survival requires a good rotation of dodges, so use the F2 and the Block on Greatsword 4 to fill the gaps between your dodges. When kiting use the Shiro Stance to port to other fights or to evade backwards. Alternate between Kurzick and Luxon stances for their leap skills which help to reposition.

Salvation Variant
With Salvation, there is much more reliable sustain with cleansing on dodges and barrier per boon, meaning you can stay in fights longer to deal more sustained pressure at the cost of burst potential. Dodging grants boons and will chill targets to help you stick to them to land your damage. My choice is using Rolling Mist to mantain a permanent 100% critical chance to compensate and keep non stop pressure but Song of the Mists and Charged Mists are both good options as well.

It’s “good”, but I think Core works better honestly. Not really star tier.
it says “use the leaps in Mallyx” but this doesn’t use demon stance?
If I want to mix some Dragon stats gear for the Salvation build, how much crit chance from the gear should I aim for to crit cap? Will the gear’s crit chance be also different to crit cap for the Devastation build?
The Devastation variant is not using full critical, the Salvation is to compensate the lack of damage, you can miz the stats as you wish, its your call on how much critical you want
What do you think about changing some of the maraduers to dragon for more ferocity?

yes just use a different dodge or still enjoy the protection
Yes still very good, just changed to the damage dodge, neither of the other nerfs affected WvW
