The Celestial Renegade Open World build has a large array of boons for itself, plenty of sustain, ranged hybrid damage, and utility to overcome any situation you will encounter, and it is supportive in group events. This makes it one of the best open world builds.
In Kalla Stance prioritize empowering the Razorclaw’s Rage skill for the extra torment damage. Simply using one Kalla stance skill will empower the next one used. So use Icerazor’s Ire first to apply vulnerability before applying the extra damage from Razorclaw’s Rage.
In Mallyx Stance, channel the elite Embrace the Darkness to pulse Torment to nearby enemies.
Try to swap Legend Stances off cooldown to maximize the sigil and stance swapping condition application, but make sure to do so below 10 energy which will grant an extra 25 energy. Timing your energy dropping this low with your swap cooldown can take some practice getting used to.
Regardless of which weapon or stance you’re in, you can use F2 for Might and F4 for Alacrity to ensure you can lower your energy enough to swap below 10.
Otherwise, Use the Mace/Axe skills in the priority of 2 > 3 > 5
Only swap to Shortbow when you need range or to stack Corruption sigil, using 2 > 3 > 4
Skill Priority:
- (Kalla) Icerazor’s Ire (use twice each rotation) > Razorclaw’s Rage
- (Mallyx) Embrace the Darkness > F3
- F2/F4
- Mace 2 > 3 > Axe 5
- Shortbow 2 > 3 > 4 (only for range)
- Swap Legend Stance when below 10 energy

Runes of the undead is any good ?
Hi, I just want to say I love this build, its incredible. I wanted to ask since the update, are runes of the revenant still relevant? I see you’ve updated the build to use runes of torment instead.
I liked it better when you had Mace/Axe with geo and hydro sigils as the secondary weapon, crazy condition damage output. I can see why having the sword or staff would be good as a utility defense.
