Overview
The Celestial Vindicator is a revenant roaming build that extends boons with dodging very often to stack and maintain high sustain from Resistance, Protection, Regeneration, Resolution, Stability, and Vigor, then locks its enemies down with plenty of chill which simultaneously gives out Torment and hybrid damage boosted by the Might and Fury extensions.
Start in Luxon Stance and precast a Spear of Archemorus then engage with Nomad’s Advance or Axe 4, Grant yourself stability with Reaver’s Rage and then dodge to start generating all of your boons. Swap to Kurzick stance regardless of whether you need Protection, Cleansing, or Resistance then swap to Mallyx and cast Embrace the Darkness while on your enemies. If they try to escape, Call to Anguish to leap at them and land your Greatsword 2/3 or Mace 2/3 while they are pulled.
Against boon heavy classes, spam Banish Enchantment, and against mobile classes be sure to cast Spear of Archemorus. Don’t overthink swapping legends at below 10 energy for Charged Mists to give the 25 extra energy if you can’t conveniently, better to keep rotating through your legends quickly in a fast paced encounter than to delay. However, the more you practice the easier it is to find the puzzle pieces to get your energy below 10 most of your swaps while also using skills that are relevant to the situation.
Survival requires a good rotation of dodges, so use the F2 while in Mallyx and the Battle Dance in Kurzick stance to fill the gaps between your single dodge. When kiting use the leaps in Mallyx and alternate between Kurzick and Luxon stances to double leap and reposition.

Enjoyed the build video! Would it be advantageous to swap out some of the celestial pieces for say marauder, berserker or even dragon stats? I do like the condi idea but when it comes to greatsword play I love seeing the big juicy crits similarly to Reaper greatsword! I also absolutely love the Spear of Archemorus! It’s such a unique ability and can crit for really decent damage. I’m wanting to get into this class a lot more so all the advice would be helpful. Thank you for all the work you put into your builds!
If you want a marauder playstyle then this build is not how to get it. In short, use shiro alliance with invo devastation/retri and gs staff with the dmg dodge. I will eventually get around to that build
Are Durability runes fine as an alternative for this build? Or Fireworks is just really better?
You can but you become too bunker, can work anyway just less damage, and take Rapid Flow for swiftness
Will Tormenting runes work for this build? Also, are there any adjustments after the chill removal on Imperial Impact?
