Marksmanship Daze Druid Roaming Build

GW2. Marksmanship Daze Druid Roaming Build.

Overview

The Marksmanship Daze druid uses the crusader stats to get lots of sustain and burst damage while making up for the lack of precision with the Opening Strike and Remorseless traits triggered whenever you gain fury. There are many ways to lock down your opponent to ensure that your burst damage lands with Ancient Seeds and Natural Conversion for immobilize as well as long dazes from Glyph of Equality and Lunar Impact.

Synergy

The Moment of Clarity trait and Paralyzation sigil will stack your stun and daze durations, making Lunar Impact daze for an extremely long duration. Because your CC duration are so long it is also very easy to trigger Ancient Seeds by hitting them once while they are CCed for even more lock down. Be careful not to reveal yourself with the binding roots from Acnient Seeds because they can hit targets while you’re stealthed. The regeneration from shouts heals you and your pet over time, giving plenty of Astral Force to constantly go in and out of Celestial Avatar to survive.

Playstyle

Use the Glyph of Equality, Longbow 4, Lunary Impact, Greatsword 5, or either of your pets to land a CC. Then immobilize with Ancient Seeds and continue to pile on more CC to prevent them from cleansing the immobilize. While you are doing your greatsword burst you can have your pet CC, and Natural Convergence is great for extending the Immobilize duration on enemies already stuck in your binding roots.

Alternatives

Take more berserker for a longbow variation, and more crusader stats if you want to replace longbow with a staff in group roaming scenarios.
