Overview
The Pistol Whip Specter is a mobile roamer that can pull enemies, stun them, damage them while evading. Due to the nature of Invigorating Precision, all the damage will partially heal you.
The playstyle is simple enough, Sword #2 for mobility and hit and run style, Pistol Whip spam to lock enemies and Scorpion Wire to pull into the stun. Shadow Shroud is the sustain that a build based on Pistol Whip needed, because as soon you run out of initiative you go into shroud for more damage or utility, and each time that you enter/exit will restore initiative by Quick Pockets trait.
With the exception of the mandatory Shadowstep, all the other skills are Tricks, so they will have reduced cooldown and cleanse conditions due to Trickster trait. While you are in Shadow Shroud you will cleanse a condition each second as well. The build does not have good burst but the sustain and mobility allow you to pick your fights.
Besides Shortbow, you can combine your Shroud 2/3/5 abilities with the Pistol 5 smoke field to gain stealth.
