Overview
The Power Scrapper has very high burst damage from damage modifiers combined with Grenade Kit. Damage dealt turns into barrier from the Impact Savant trait meaning a more aggressive playstyle will get rewarded with more sustain. However this build is very susceptible to conditions, especially immobilize, so it is very important to use your mobility and superspeed to position yourself in between your bursts.
There is high synergy between Explosives and Tools traits because Explosives gives more damage for Vulnerability and Tools adds more Vulnerability, and Explosives does more damage on dodge and Tools gives more dodges with Vigor. Remember that the Med Kit healing skill is technically the tool belt, so using your F1 is your main heal, which is a very low cooldown and will trigger many passive traits often because of this.
With Rifle you gain ranged damage and mobility. With Hammer you gain versatility with a block, reflect and evades.
Basic Combo: Toss Elixir U > Elixir U > Hammer 5 > Swap Grenade > Grenade Barrage > 3 > 4 > 5 > 2
Grenade Tips:
Setup your Ground Targeting option as “Instant” as well as enabling “Skill Retargeting” and practice aiming with your Grenade Kit while moving for better accuracy. This improves your damage output while under pressure or kiting drastically. If you still have issues to land grenades you can try using the option “Snap Ground Target to Current Target” and the grenades will go to your target as long you are in range, just make sure to detarget before using any other AoE like if you want to throw an elixir at your location.
