Role: Assassin 
The Power Specter is a thief WvW Roaming build with the burst potential of the Dagger/Pistol set, but the mobility of the Sword/Dagger. Because it has wells, it no longer requires Shortbow to kite in between cooldowns and instead can do combos between the two melee weapon sets because of the increased sustain of shadow shroud.
Combining Wells with Sword 2 allows you to extend their range but also to place Wells directly on your target. This is great for easily landing them but requires a bit of timing (need to press sword 2 at different times in each Well animation, practice this).
Try to time the detonation of your Shroud 5 with your port engages to stun enemies in your Well of Bounty or other attacks.

- F1 > Well of Bounty + Sword 2 > Dagger 5 > Sword 1 > Enter Shroud > 24352
- Sword 2 + Shadowfall > Enter Shroud > 245 > Leave Shroud > Dagger 5 > Swap > Dagger 1 > 222
