The Lightning Rod Weaver is a power elementalist that converts CC into damage to pressure while still having the great utility and survivability of control effects. While it gets focused easily, it can lock down its enemies before they get a chance to react. It uses the time that enemies are dazed and can’t respond to poke targets out of their cooldowns until it can land its few higher damaging skills. It debilitates power builds with its control effects that give out weakness, but is very weak to conditions.

Full Rotation:

Air/Earth Air 2 > 3 > Swap Fire > Air 5 > 3 > Fire 2 > Swap Earth > Earth 2 > 3 > 5 > Swap Water > 3 > 2 + 4 > Swap Fire > 2

Healing combo: Water attunement > Dodge > wait for Attunement CD > Water 2 > Swap Earth > move out and Dodge into water field > 2
