This build is a variation of the Blood Reaper build. The most important changes on this one are Staff, Focus, and Durability runes. I strongly believe the Speed runes build is better for roaming since mobility is a very important survival factor in WvW, but this variation will better suit players who lack experience on terrain and spots to kite and when to push/disengage, the life force generation is more friendly as well. While it is still important to position and kite, you have an advantage with staff marks to generate life force from distance and Spinal Shivers doing big burst without much investment.
