GW2. Best Open World Build. Virtuoso. Mesmer PvE.

The Virtuoso is a mesmer specialization and this open world PvE build uses bleeds and the dagger skills to stock blades extremely fast to send out as many bladesongs as possible which generate more blades. It is an aggressive build that survives while dealing damage by using long range and positioning as well as distortion to go invulnerable.
The blade generation is so high that you can stay on dagger/pistol set and spam bladesong skills while filling the gap with dagger skills and using Signet of Illusions when you run out of shatters. You can swap to focus to pull enemies together to more easily pierce them with your dagger and bladesong shatter skills.
Burst Rotation:
- Focus 5 > 4 > 4 > Swap
- Pistol 4 > F2 > Dagger 3 > Dagger 2 > F1 > Pistol 5 > 1 (until repeat)

This is a really good open world build. I tried power variations but it just didn’t do enough damage. I’m handling open world content well with Celestial Exotic gear.

I’m having a blast with this build, slightly different utility skills but barely need to swap to the scepter/torch so far. Really fun, and much better than the suggested build on metabattle.

Hi! I found myself that Axe/Shield on backbar is pretty interesting (torment, bleeding, block and mobility in combat), in addition I use runes of Tormenting instead of Traveler. Unfortunately I’m still using Relic of the Thief but it will be changed to Fractal/Akeem
