The Power Chronomancer for Open World is a Mesmer build that summons phantasms and clones in massive quantities, allowing it to hide behind an army of illusions that will deal damage and take the attention of enemies.
Always prioritize using phantasms such as the Spear 4, Greatsword 4, and both utilities Phantasmal Disenchanter and Phantasmal Defender. These will deal the most damage and provide you boons like might and quickness. Use your F1 when you have three clones unless you are going to use those clones for your Continuum Rift.
Optimize how many phantasms you can cast by recharging them with Signet of the Ether, or by casting them inside the Continuum Rift, which will reset all cooldowns. However, in situations where extra sustain is needed, holding the heal skill for the passive healing on illusion summon will result in more survivability due to how many phantasms and clones are generated.
Continuum Rift Combo:
- Phantasmal Disenchanter/Defender > Greatsword 2 > 3
- Greatsword 4 + Continuum Rift > Gravity Well
- Signet of the Ether > Greatsword 4 > Phantasmal Disenchanter/Defender
- Leave Continuum Rift > Repeat from Greatsword 4
Once out of skills to use on the Greatsword, swap to Spear for more bursts.
Spear Combo
- Spear 2 > 5 > 2 > 4
Always use Spear #2 before Spear #4/5 as it will give an extra phantasm to Spear #4 and a stun to Spear #5. Also, Spear #5 recharges the #2.
Use Well of Precognition, Spear 3, or Distortion to survive in between your big burst combos. If you need more defense, the Inspiration traits can give you more sustain. Otherwise, the Domination traits will give you more phantasms on your Greatsword which will be doubled by the Chronomancer trait Chronophantasma, summoning four phantasms per cast.
The Relic of the Midnight King gives you Fury to increase your critical strike chance when you disable an enemy, but the duration is not that long. You must either use Gravity Well liberally, or you can use your F3, Empowered Spear 5, or Greatsword 5 to grant Fury to your phantasms when they are near you, and because of the Illusions trait Persistence of Memory that Fury will be applied to you as well.

Hi.
I see you use rupture sigil on sword/sword. But how to you interrupt with sword skills? F3 is a very long cooldown, so any other way to proc it often enough for the sigil to be useful? Does it proc on phatasmal defender?
Defender does yes, but also sword 4, shield 5 if you swap weapons while it is returning, and of course gravity well
Have one skill for condition clean ?
If you need cleanse you take the Inspiration Variant
Do in need to change anything if i want to use dagger in main hand instead of one sword?
