Rifle Variant

The Power Deadeye Open World build allows a thief to use either the long range of the rifle to snipe single targets from afar with sustained damage or to use the speed of the pistols to quickly swap between targets with potent burst damage. While ranged weapons are preferred, they can’t hit multiple targets, so you can also swap to the Sword/Pistol and use Pistol Whip or even the Shortbow to handle large groups of enemies.

After marking your target with F1 Deadeye’s Mark, you gain Malice when using initiative-costing attack skills against that target. Usually your Rifle 3 skill will be used to gain Malice. Once you have maximum Malice you’ll gain many boons and to gain these boons again you need to reset your Malice by landing Death’s Judment. To use Death’s Judgment (1) you need to enter stealth. Either cast your F2 while at 5 or more Malice or dodge to gain stealth. Repeat this process until the target is dead and then F1 the next target.

Pistols Variant

---

When you want to quickly tab through enemies and gun them down fast, this Pistol/Pistol Deadeye build is a fast paced and medium ranged option for disposing of single enemies or groups of enemies. Deadeye’s Mark (F1) will grant you many boons including Quickness, and it will recharge on defeating that target. This makes chain-killing extremely efficient as you will have permanent Quickness uptime when breezing through weaker enemies. The only thing you need to do is make sure the target is Marked, then spam Pistol 3 to Unload.

Single Target Skill Priority:

• F1 > Pistol 3 until target is dead > Tab > F1 > 3 > Repeat
• If target does not die before you run out of initiative, use Mercy and then Mark the target again

AoE Skill Priority:

• F1 any target, Shortbow 1 or Shortbow 4/2 depending on how many enemies there are
• Dagger Storm when out of initiative

Always use your Haste off cooldown to gain quickness uptime, as it will recharge very quickly due to the Payback trait recharging your utilities slightly for each marked kill.
