The Power Deadeye for Open World is a thief build that allows the long range of the rifle to snipe single targets from afar with sustained damage. While ranged weapons are preferred, they can’t hit multiple targets, so you can also swap to the Sword/Pistol and use Pistol Whip to handle large groups of enemies.

After marking your target with F1 Deadeye’s Mark, you gain Malice when using initiative-costing attack skills against that target. Usually, your Rifle 3 skill will be used to gain Malice. Once you have maximum Malice you can use your Malice by landing Death’s Judment. To use Death’s Judgment (1) you need to enter stealth. Either cast your F2 while at 5 or more Malice or dodge to gain stealth. Repeat this process until the target is dead and then F1 the next target. Entering Stealth also provides many benefits such as cleansing, additional initiative, and gaining Spider Venom for life steal.

Kneeling (5) is optional but it will increase the damage of your Rifle 3 while lowering your movement speed. Mercy can be used to recharge your Deadeye’s Mark to gain initiative and allow you to retarget if there is a better enemy to focus.
