Power Beastmaster Ranger Open World Build

The Power Beastmaster Ranger is an Open World PvE build that focuses on buffing your pet to be as powerful as possible while still dealing great damage yourself. Using the Beast Mastery to increase your pet’s base stats, Skirmishing to increase its critical hits, and Nature Magic to share boons to your pet along with the “Sic ‘Em!” buff, your pet can perform big burst combos.

Start by giving your pet boons with Warhorn 5, Quickening Zephyr, and then copy them with “We Heal As One!” After swap to your Greatsword and use the 2 skill whenever possible. Use the Greatsword 5 to recharge the 2 for a quick combo.

Opening Combo

• Warhorn 4 > 5 > Quickening Zephyr > “We Heal As One!”
• Axe 3 > 2 > Weapon Swap

Burst Combo

• “Sic ‘Em!” > Greatsword 2 > 5 > 2 + F2

If your pet is dying you can use the F4 to swap before it dies. If your swap is still on cooldown, move away and swap back to the Axe to attack from range and use the F3 to command your pet to return to you.

Avoid using your boons before swapping pets because pets lose boons when swapped. Reapply boons right after swapping pets by using the opening combo again.

Alternatives

• Stats: Valkyrie or Berserker can replace Dragon if it is more accessible to you.
• Sigils: Use Major sigils instead of Superior if you cannot afford them.

Alternatives

• Pet: Use any Cats, Birds, or Drakes for leveling.
