The Power Bladesworn for Open World is a warrior build that focuses on dealing as much damage as possible with the Dragon Slash while staying alive with the might gained from the Unyielding Dragon trait. Since the most important thing is landing Dragon Slash with a critical hit and as many damage modifiers as possible, the Arms trait line allows all burst skills (including the Dragon Slash) to have a 100% chance to crit, allowing you to go Dragon’s stats for more vitality and critical damage.

Rather than adrenaline, Bladesworns need flow to cast their burst skills. Signet of Fury or any movement skill like Gunblade 5 or Pistol 4/5 can be used to start generating flow early on so you can Dragon Slash as soon as possible. Using Signets will also grant damage modifiers over a long time, so preemptively cast them before entering a fight.

The Frenzy sigil will reduce the cooldown of all skills including Dragon Trigger, allowing you to reduce the time in between your big bursts. Dragonspike Mine also instantly recharges your Dragon Trigger for a double Dragon Slash.

Skill Pattern:

Signet of Fury + Movement Skill when in need of flow

• Gunblade 2/3/4
• Swap to Axe 2/3/4/5
• Dragon Trigger F2 > 4/5 > Dragon Slash 1 > Dragonspike Mine > F2 > 1

Use the Dragon Slash Force (1) for the most damage, and reposition with the blink (5) if needed. Use the Dragon Slash Boost (2) or Reach (3) if they are out of range. Also, use the 5 skill in Dragon Trigger to teleport closer to your target which will trigger the Peitha relic to increase all damage dealt to that target right before your Dragon Slash lands.

• Stats: Full Berserker gear if no access to Dragon stats
