The Power Mechanist is a Roamer engineer build that relies on locking down the target with CCs from the Tool Kit and Rifle set while the Mech with a high amount of scaling and damage is sent on that target. Otherwise stay at range with the mobility of Shift Signet and Rocket Boots to poke targets and trigger the explosive aim-assisted rockets with rifle attacks.

Tool Kit 5 > Tool Kit 3 + F3 > Rifle 3
Healing Combo: Heal Turret > Rifle 5 > Heal Turret > Rocket Boots
