Rover is the main character that wields a 
Sword, and gaining access to the 
Havoc element requires completing chapter 6 of the Jinzhou story. They can be played as a 
Sub DPS or 
DPS.
Pros – Cheap to build sequences on.
Cons – Vulnerable animation locks unless you have the right timings for cancels.
Team Compositions – Works well with other Havoc damage characters because of the Havoc damage resistance reduction.
Skills and Playstyle
Basic Attack – A five chain of attacks that grants more damage on the final two hits and gives Forte.
Heavy Attack – A decent damaging attack that allows you to use the Basic Attack chain afterwards starting from the more powerful fourth attack.
Resonance Skill – Deals damage with a double hit and grants a considerable amount of Forte.
Forte Circuit – When performing a Heavy Attack at full Forte, enter into the Dark Surge state, enhancing your Resonance Skill, Basic, and Heavy Attacks to do more damage. Use the Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill while in this form. You want to get into this state as often as possible as this is where your damage comes from.
Resonance Liberation (R) – Deals a massive amount of damage in a wide radius in front of you. Also increases the damage that the Dreamless Echo skill will do.

- Emerald of Genesis (Convene 5-star) – Crit Rate – Increases Energy Regen by 13%. When Resonance Skill is cast, gain 6% ATK for 10 seconds, stacking twice.
- Commando of Conviction (Convene 4-star) – ATK – Increases ATK by 15% on Intro for 15 seconds.
- Lumingloss (Podcast 4-star) – ATK – Increases Basic and Heavy Attack damage by 20% for 10 seconds after using Resonance Skill.
Echo Skill (Q) – Havoc – Dreamless – Five wide attacks and then a final burst attack, dealing even more damage after the Havoc Rover Resonance Liberation occurs.

Sequence 1 – Resonance damage increased by 30%.
Sequence 2 – Reset cooldown of Resonance Skill after entering the Dark Surge state using the Forte Heavy Attack.
Sequence 3 – While in the Dark Surge state, the fifth part of the Basic Attack chain restorces 10% of lost health.
Sequence 4 – Resonance Liberation and Forte Heavy Attack reduce enemy Havoc resistance by 10% for 20 seconds.
Sequence 5 – While in the Dark Surge state, the fifth part of the Basic Attack chain deals 50% more damage.
Sequence 6 – Crit Rate increased by 25% in the Dark Surge state.
Should you obtain extra sequences for Havoc Rover?
Since the sequences are not part of the gacha systems but as quests or exploration, it is up to you whether you want to do it. But since it is so accessible it is a good idea to do it.
