GW2. Raid Build. Condition DPS Willbender. Guardian PvE.

Last Update: September 2023
Overview
The Condition Willbender is a melee DPS guardian build with mobility and great burst as well as self-sustain to allow them to stick to the target and keep dealing damage. Because Burning is the only condition it uses, it can gain condition duration from Balthazar Runes to allow more vitality in its stats. It also scales up incredibly the more targets that it hits due to Permeating Wrath.
Playstyle
Role: DPS
Land all of your multi-hitting abilities inside the duration of your F1 Rushing Justice, which gives burning and reduces weapon skills the more hits you land. Prioritize casting the first part of the Torch 4 when possible because it is instant and its cooldown begins even before throwing the second part. Then combine Purging Flames with Whirling Light for burning whirl finishers. Fill the gaps with low animation and high packets of damage to to trigger virtue passives which reduce your other weapon skill cooldowns. Swap between Axe/Sword when those skills are on cooldown.

Why would you suggest using a Potent Master Tuning Crystal (3% precision / 8% expertise) in a build with 0 expertise? Wouldn’t it be a far better option to use a Toxic Focusing Crystal (3% power / 3% precision), as power is one of the main stats of this build?
Hi. does this build works with Greatsword?
