Overview

The Aegis Heal Firebrand is a Support guardian build with incredible team support due to the sheer amount of boons it provides including Quickness and even the more powerful Aegis which can block entire mechanics to protect its allies. While this build is one of the best primary healers, it requires close proximity for some of its support skills to land on allies.

Playstyle

Role: Support or Tank

Use both the Mantra of Solace and Mantra of Potence often to keep Quickness up on the group. Use any symbol off cooldown and make sure aegis is on the party before a mechanic will hit them. Use Staff 4 to give might and heals, and blast the symbols with Staff 2 or use the F2 tome for cleanse. The F3 tome gives reflects, aegis, and resistance. Use these tools sparingly to conserve pages, so that you can save them for when they are necessary.

• Projectile Block: F3 > 3, Shield 5, Wall of Reflection (utility option)
• Healing: Dodge, Staff 2/4, F2 > 4, Signet of Courage, Staff 3, Mace/Axe 2
• Blocks: “Advance!”, Shield 4, F3 > 5
• Cleanse: Staff 2 (in Light Field), F2 > 2/5, F3 > 4
• CC: F1 > 3, F3 > 2, Shield 5, Axe 3, Sanctuary (utility option)
• Might: F1 > 5 > 4 > 2 > Staff 2 > 4
