This guide includes the content from Chapter 1: Truce, Chapter 2: Power, Chapter 3: Balance and Chapter 4: Judgment.
NOTE: The order of this guide is separated into Chapters as how they were released back then.

Story Instance: Primordus Rising
Kill all the destroyers attacking the docks within the time limit (10 minutes). There is a mix of many small mobs that AoE will be useful for and larger mobs that will need single target damage. Prepare a balanced build to handle both of these.
Dragon Response Missions Achievements – 24AP
Emergency Dragon Responder: Metrica Province – 1AP
Complete the Metrica Province Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Brisban Wildlands – 1AP
Complete the Brisban Wildlands Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Gendarran Fields – 1AP
Complete the Gendarran Fields Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.
Top Dragon Responder: Metrica Province – 5AP
Complete the Metrica Province Dragon Response Mission with all three challenge motes active a total of 5 times. Recommended to have a 5 player group for this.
These challenges can only be activated on the Private instance. Head into the red flag shown in the minimap and talk to Veadh to activate them. The challenges are the following:
- Recall the Vigil strike teams. (Adds a timer to the mission)
- Recall the Order of Whispers infiltrators. (Makes all enemy minions stronger)
- Recall the Priory enchanters. (Makes enemy champions stronger)
For this achievement you need to complete the mission with all three active.
Top Dragon Responder: Brisban Wildlands – 5AP
Complete the Brisban Wildlands Dragon Response Mission with all three challenge motes active a total of 5 times. Recommended to have a 5 player group for this.
Same as above, talk to Veadh and activate all three challenges to earn credit towards this achievement.
Top Dragon Responder: Gendarran Fields – 5AP
Complete the Gendarran Fields Dragon Response Mission with all three challenge motes active a total of 5 times. Recommended to have a 5 player group for this.

Dragon Response Initiate – 2AP
Complete a total of 10 Dragon Response Missions. This is not limited daily but it is more efficient to space out this achievement to also gain the daily rewards.
Shooting Stars – 1AP
Defeat the champion harpy destroyer without getting hit by any meteors while the champions challenge is active on the Gendarran Fields Dragon Response Mission. This can be easily achieved through the use of mounts to get to the rooftops of the Ascalon Settlement and using ranged attacks from the safety of the rooftops to finish the boss. There may be issues in completing this achievement alongside doing the achievement to complete the mission with all three challenges activated. As long as the rooftop strategy does not sacrifice too much DPS you can do both at the same time.
Mastery Insights – 3MP – 3AP
To unlock the Dragon Slayer Mastery Track, you must complete the Rata Sum Dragon Response Mission in the story and then speak with Aurene in Eye of the North.
Champions Insight: Metrica Province – 1MP – 1AP
Inside the Metrica Province Dragon Response Mission interact with the Mastery Insight to earn this achievement.

Factions Achievements – 4AP
Crystal Bloom Supporter – 2AP
For this achievement you need to purchase 10 Crystal Bloom supply boxes from the Faction Vendors at Eye of the North.
You can buy them with Crystal Bloom Support Mark from one of the Faction Vendors, which you can obtain by doing the dailies from the Bonus Event “Marshalling the Crystal Bloom” during the time it is active.
Or you can also buy them with Tyrian Defense Seals from the other Faction Vendor, which you can obtain by completing Dragon Response Missions.
After the global event is completed, these supply boxes will be available to buy in the regular vendor with Tyrian Defense Seals.
Ebon Vanguard Supporter – 2AP
Complete this achievement similarly to the Crystal Bloom Supporter during the time that the Ebon Vanguard faction vendors are available depending on the bonus event.
Collection Achievements – 1MP – 55AP
Dragon Slayer Arms Master – 1MP – 20AP
Purchase the recipes for and unlock all 16 Dragon Slayer weapons. You can buy these recipes from the Faction Vendors once you train the second Dragon Slayer Mastery: Crystal Forger.
Dragon Slayer Weapon Collector – 20AP
Faction currency can be obtained through the dailies and vendor exchanges. You will also need Prismaticite which is obtained from Dragon Response Missions.
Volcanic Stormcaller Armaments Collector – 1MP – 15AP
Unlock all 16 Volcanic Stormcaller weapon skins in your wardrobe. These can be obtained as random drops from Dragon Response Missions Volcanic Stormcaller Weapon Box (Contrary to the in-game description, the selected weapon is not account bound) and can be sold and bought on the Trading Post.
Chapter 2: Power
The new chapter of Champions will feature the following:

- Boss HP has been tuned to be more consistent between maps and scaling for party sizes has been rebalanced to be more linear for groups of less than 5, particularly if challenge modes are active.
Stretch Goals – 25AP
This is the “meta” achievement from this chapter, you need to complete 31 of 39 eligible achievements to earn the new emote /stretch. Completing all 39 will give you the max 25AP.

Dragon Response Missions Achievements – 30AP
Dragon Response Adept – 4AP
Complete a total of 20 Dragon Response Missions. This is not limited daily but it is more efficient to space out this achievement to also gain the daily rewards. You need to complete Dragon Response Initiate achievement first in order to unlock this one.
Poultry Protector (Hidden) – 0AP
During the pre-event when you have to escort and rescue villagers, look for a chicken villager, you will need to carry it to the safe zone. Do this on every Dragon Response Mission listed on the achievement.
NOTE: .The exact location of the chickens seems to be slightly moved sometimes, so instead showing you the location, I recommend you use the keybind “Show Allies Names” which by default is Left Alt.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Fields of Ruin – 1AP
Complete the Fields of Ruin Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Thunderhead Keep – 1AP
Complete the Thunderhead Keep Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Lake Doric – 1AP
Complete the Lake Doric Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Snowden Drifts – 1AP
Complete the Snowden Drifts Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.

Killer Waves – 1AP
To earn this achievement you need to defeat the destroyer champion boss (The Third Fortress) in the Fields of Ruin Dragon Response Mission, without getting hit by any flame shockwave while the challenge “Final Boss” is active.
The third challenge needs to be active: Recall the Priory enchanters. (Makes enemy champions stronger)
No More Sacrifices – 1AP
In the Lake Doric Dragon Response Mission, defeat the champion boss without letting him sacrifice any villager, while the challenge “Final Boss” is active.
The third challenge needs to be active: Recall the Priory enchanters. (Makes enemy champions stronger)
You will need to break the defiance bar when his health reach 75%, 50% and 25%. Use CC skills as soon you can and you will stop the channeling process which will sacrifice the villagers.
Mastery Insights – 4MP – 4AP

Inside the Fields of Ruin Dragon Response Mission interact with the Mastery Insight to earn this achievement.
Use your bunny or skyscale to get up there easily.
Champions Insight: Thunderhead Keep – 1MP – 1AP

You need to wait for the pre-event to get there.
Champions Insight: Lake Doric – 1MP – 1AP

Champions Insight: Snowden Drifts – 1MP – 1AP

Factions Achievements – 4AP
Deldrimor Supporter – 2AP
For this achievement you need to purchase 10 dwarven supply boxes from the Faction Vendors at Eye of the North.
You can buy them with Deldrimor Support Mark from one of the Faction Vendors, which you can obtain by doing the dailies from the Global Event “Marshalling the Deldrimor Dwarves” during the time it is active.
After the global event is completed, these supply boxes will be available to buy in the regular vendor with Tyrian Defense Seals.
Exalted Supporter – 2AP
Complete this achievement similarly to the Deldrimor Supporter during the time that the Exalted faction vendors are available depending on the global event.
Collection Achievements – 60AP
Dragon Fire Infuser – 20AP
For this collection you need to unlock all 16 recipes for the Crimson Dragon Slayer Weapons. You can buy them from the vendor at Eye of the North.
NOTE: You need to unlock the fourth mastery for this “Blade of Prophecy” and previously crafted the Dragon Slayer weapon.
Dragon Ice Infuser – 20AP
For this collection you need to unlock all 16 recipes for the Azure Dragon Slayer Weapons. You can buy them from the vendor at Eye of the North.
NOTE: Same as above, you need to unlock the fourth mastery for this “Blade of Prophecy” and previously crafted the Dragon Slayer weapon.
Crimson Dragon Slayer Weapon Collector – 20AP
For this collection you need to craft all 16 weapons. Once you buy the recipe you can normally craft each one of these weapons. However once you do, you will get an Unfinished Weapon.
In order to complete the weapon, you need to double click the item while inside a Dragon Response Mission and you will gain a special skill called “Dragon Forger”.
As you can read in the tooltip, you need to use this skill on the final boss after breaking the defiance bar (the CC bar). You need to do it at melee range and instantly after you hit, you will earn the completed weapon.
NOTE: If you need to complete an Unfinished Crimson Weapon you need to do it in a Dragon Response Mission with destroyer enemies.
Azure Dragon Slayer Weapon Collector – 20AP
For this collection you need to craft all 16 weapons. Once you buy the recipe you can normally craft each one of these weapons. However once you do, you will get an Unfinished Weapon.
In order to complete the weapon, you need to double click the item while inside a Dragon Response Mission and you will gain a special skill called “Dragon Forger”.
Follow the same instructions as the Crimson Weapons but for Azure you need to do it in a Dragon Response Mission with enemies under Jormag influence.

Story Instance: Wildfire
During the instance where you play as Braham, you need to kill most of the Destroyer minions in the path, I’m not really sure which is the exact number, so to be sure is recommended that you kill every single one.
NOTE: It seems the number is “less than 5 alive” but not completely accurate.
NOTE: This achievement and the next one are mutually exclusive, you will need to run the instance two times.
Silent as Leopard, Clever as Raven – 3AP
Story Instance: Wildfire
This achievement is the opposite of the one above, you need to avoid killing the Destroyer minions in the path, not sure if you can kill a few and still get credit so I recommend that you avoid all of them.
NOTE: It seems the number is “less than 5 killed” but not completely accurate.
There’s Always a Greater Destroyer – 3AP
Story Instance: Wildfire
During the fight with the Champion Destroyer you need to break his CC bar for the achievement. You will only see the CC once you enter the Wolf form. You need to use the skill #4 a few times, once you leave the Wolf form, and re-enter, the CC bar will keep the same progress.
Dragon Response Missions Achievements – 24AP
Dragon Response Expert – 6AP
Complete a total of 30 Dragon Response Missions. This is not limited daily but it is more efficient to space out this achievement to also gain the daily rewards. You need to complete Dragon Response Adept achievement first in order to unlock this one.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Caledon Forest – 1AP
Complete the Caledon Forest Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.
Emergency Dragon Responder: Bloodtide Coast – 1AP
Complete the Bloodtide Coast Dragon Response Mission for the first time. You will get it as you progress the story.

Friendly Fire – 1AP – 1MP
To earn this achievement you need to keep all Flame Legion legionnaires alive while defending the Flame Citadel during the Fireheart Rise Dragon Response Mission, while the challenge “Powerful Foes” is active.
The second challenge needs to be active: Recall the Order of Whispers infiltrators. (Makes all enemy minions stronger)
To do this I recommend that you have a full party or at least 3 players, split and kill the enemies as soon they appear, avoiding the NPC to get aggro, and a healer will also help.
Mastery Insights – 3MP – 3AP
Champions Insight: Caledon Forest – 1AP – 1MP
Inside the Caledon Forest Dragon Response Mission interact with the Mastery Insight to earn this achievement.
NOTE: You can only access after the 5 minute pre-event is done.
Champions Insight: Bloodtide Coast – 1AP – 1MP
Inside the Bloodtide Coast Dragon Response Mission interact with the Mastery Insight to earn this achievement. This Mastery Point is underwater.
Champions Insight: Fireheart Rise – 1AP – 1MP

Factions Achievements – 8AP
A global event is a one time event that will allow access to exclusive currencies to buy rewards, but those rewards will be available after the event using a more generalized currency, which are in this case the Tyrian Defense Seals.
Tengu Supporter – 2AP
For this achievement you need to purchase 10 Tengu Supply Boxes from the Faction Vendors at Eye of the North.
You can buy them with Tengu Support Mark from one of the Faction Vendors, which you can obtain by doing the dailies from the Global Event “Marshalling the Tengu” during the time it is active.
Or you can also buy them with Tyrian Defense Seals from the other Faction Vendor, which you can obtain by completing Dragon Response Missions.
After the global event is completed, these supply boxes will be available to buy in the regular vendor with Tyrian Defense Seals.
Olmakhan Supporter – 2AP
Complete this achievement similarly to the Tengu Supporter during the time that the Olmakhan faction vendors are available depending on the global event.
Skritt Supporter – 2AP
Complete this achievement similarly to the Tengu Supporter during the time that the Skritt faction vendors are available depending on the global event.
Kodan Supporter – 2AP
Complete this achievement similarly to the Tengu Supporter during the time that the Kodan faction vendors are available depending on the global event.
Miscellaneous – 0AP
Shiver Reward Track – 0AP
Purchase Shivering Ice from a recruited facion vendor in the Eye of the North. This will unlock the reward track for WvW and PvP to obtain the /shiver emote.
Collection Achievements – 140AP
Forger of Draconic Fire – 20AP
Unlock all 16 Fiery Dragon Slayer recipes. To buy the recipes you need to unlock the sixth mastery “Reins of Power” and previously crafted the Crimson Dragon Slayer weapons.
Forger of Draconic Ice – 20AP
Same as above, unlock all 16 Icy Dragon Slayer recipes. To buy the recipes you need to unlock the sixth mastery “Reins of Power” and previously crafted the Azure Dragon Slayer weapons.
Master of Draconic Ice – 50AP
For this collection you need to craft and unlock all 16 Fiery Dragon Slayer Weapons. You can buy the recipes from the faction vendor at Eye of the North. You will get a bunch of rewards and the title “Master of Draconic Ice”.
Master of Draconic Fire – 50AP
For this collection you need to craft and unlock all 16 Icy Dragon Slayer Weapons. You can buy the recipes from the faction vendor at Eye of the North. You will get a bunch of rewards and the title “Master of Draconic Fire”.
Chapter 4: Judgment
The new chapter of Champions will feature the following:
- 25 new Achievements – 111AP
- 15 from Champions category (including the meta achievement “Champions Mastery”)
- 10 from Dragonstorm category (under General category)
- 1 new Story Instance (Dragonstorm)
- Story Mode (5 player cap, toned down difficulty)
- 1 new “World Boss” (Dragonstorm Instance)
- Instanced (50 player cap, joined via squad from EotN)
- Public (80 player cap, joined solo from EotN, works like the public DRMs/Forging Steel)
- This is on a timed access setup, so it appears as an event in EotN every 2 hours like a world boss
- The instanced and public versions do scale with the player count, so you won’t need to meet that listed cap
- 1 new Mastery
- Dragon Slayer (Unlocked automatically)

Dragon Eye Infusions
As mentioned above, you will be able to get your first Infusion by completing the Champions Mastery achievement, and you can create extra infusions by the Mystic Forge:
- 1 Pristine Dragon’s Right Eye / Pristine Dragon’s Left Eye
- 1 Amalgamated Draconic Lodestone
- 1 Corrupted Lodestone / Destroyer Lodestone
- 250 Glob of Ectoplasm
The Pristines are a very rare drop from Dragonstorm loot (you need to have the Dragon Slayer Mastery fully trained), and they are tradeable. The Pristines can be Right or Left and the Corrupted/Destroyer Lodestone depends on which dragon eye you are making (Jormag/Primordus)
NOTE: This is the final chapter of Champions. You will now be able to replay the entire episode in order to quickly get access to some instances for achievements.
“Champions” Mastery – 25AP
This is the meta achievement for the episode, you need to complete 24 of 40 eligible achievements, the reward is 25AP and a Dragon Eye Infusion Box.

During a Dragon Response Mission, aid each recruited faction at least once while a challenge is active. For this you need to talk with the NPCs at start with the Red and Blue flags. Veadh (Red Flag) to activate a challenge, can be one or all challenges, then talk with Meradh (Blue Flag) to recruit the specific faction that you need, this has a cost of 10 Tyrian Defense Seals. Complete the mission to get progress. If you don’t recruit a faction at the start, you will get a random one.

The Chillis can be obtained from gathering nodes around Grothmar Valley as well as completing events there.
The Mystic Forge recipe for the Tonic is the following:

- 25 Lump of Glass
NOTE: This recipe will create ONE tonic, repeat 20 times. You can get the Shards of Crystallized Blood of Jormag from Drizzledwood Coast meta-events mostly or can also be purchased from the Trading Post.

Purchased from Anette Eymundrdottir in Bjora Marches for 1000 Eitrite Ingots and 15000 War Supply. Right next to Jora’s Keep Waypoint – [&BCcMAAA=] .
The War Supply are obtained from Drizzlewood Coast events, and the Eitrite Ingots can be obtained from Strike Missions, chests around Bjora Marches or crafting once you unlock the recipe.
- Prismaticite Clasp
Purchased from any quaestor at Drizzlewood Coast for 10 Prismatium Ingot and 250 Pile of Lucent Crystal. West of Base Camp Waypoint – [&BGQMAAA=] .
Prismatium Ingots can be crafted using Prismaticite Crystals once you unlock the recipe or ultimately can be bought from the Trading Post, and the Pile of Lucent Crystal can be refined from Lucent Motes which are obtained by salvaging runes or sigils, but can also be bought from the Trading Post.
- Draconic Aether Cleanser
Purchased from Crystallographer Smoxxi in the Eye of the North for 5 Amalgamated Draconic Lodestones and 5 Stormcaller Core. Right next to Eye of the North Waypoint – [&BAkMAAA=] .

Dragonstorm Achievements
These achievements have their own category under the General category, you can do these in the story mode, the public instance or the private squad instance. However you can’t replay the story mode (you could if you play the entire episode again which is not the best option), so in order to complete most of the achievements you have to do it in Public or Private (Squad) instance. Due to the lower difficulty on the story, some mechanics like the CC bar on the champions elite skill won’t be available on the story mode.
Dragonstorm is a “World Boss” instance, you can start it at any time if you make a squad or join one, but there is also a Public instance which appears as an event in Eye of the North every 2 hours like a World Boss.
Aurene Said Knock You Out – 2AP
During the Dragonstorm encounter, defeat both dragon champions at least once. You will get this achievement automatically as you progress the story.
Coalescence Disburser – 1AP
Slay the veteran coalescence during the Dragonstorm encounter. You need to kill 25 veteran sparks in total. These veterans spawn all around the instance during the leyline phase which is right after the cutscene where both dragons come out. You can delay killing the leylines to essentially farm the sparks if you are in a group that doesn’t mind failing the event timer to complete this achievement. The sparks have a short leash range so you can’t pull them too far, but generally you should look for a group of 3 sparks near each other to pull together and then AoE them all down at once. You can get all 25 in one instance if you dedicate the entire timer to farming the sparks efficiently.
Cooler than Cool – 5AP – 1MP
During the Dragonstorm encounter, dodge the Breath of Jormag attack. You need to dodge the attack a total of 25 times. You will easily see the attack to dodge which is a huge ice with a wide AoE area. You must dodge when the beam crosses the area you are in so timing is important, or dodge the ice spikes. You can even multi dodge this if you have multiple evades and dodge backwards with the beam. A Thief with Dagger Storm, for example, can farm this achievement quickly.
Double (Elder) Dragon – 16AP – 1MP
Defeat Primordus and Jormag champions a total of 10 times during the Dragonstorm encounter. You need simply to complete the instance 10 times.
Fast Fire and Frost Fighter – 4AP
Destroy all ley siphons within 120 seconds during the Dragonstorm encounter. You need to destroy all six ley siphons under 2 minutes. These siphons will spawn right after the first phase when you defeat both champions, use your mounts and split your group.
Ka-Braham – 2AP
During the Dragonstorm encounter, prevent Primordus champion from using his elite skill a total of 10 times. This happens in the second phase, you will notice that Braham gains a defiance bar, you need to actively use your CC skills to get credit and break the bar.
Light Him Up – 2AP
During the Dragonstorm encounter, attack Primordus a total of 30 times while he is exposed. After each phase, you will see the message where the dragons are vulnerable, go to the prism and you will fly towards the dragon, then simply use your special action skill.
Put Them On Ice – 2AP
During the Dragonstorm encounter, attack Jormag a total of 30 times while they are exposed. After each phase, you will see the message where the dragons are vulnerable, go to the prism and you will fly towards the dragon, then simply use your special action skill.
Skritt Hot – 5AP – 1MP
During the Dragonstorm encounter, dodge Primordus’ Apocalypse Rain attack. You need to dodge the attack a total of 25 times. You will notice while fighting Braham, that Primordus will often look off to the side and grab a large boulder with his mouth and will crush it and throw the pieces at you. Angle your camera upwards so you can see when Primordus looks off to the side, then prepare to look for the orange circles on ground where these rocks will land. The further circles will land later so you have more time to get to and react to them. Keep your camera angled upwards to know the timings to dodge them.
Steelcaught – 2AP
During the Dragonstorm encounter, prevent Jormag’s champion from using his elite skill a total of 10 times. This happens in the second phase, you will notice that Ryland gains a defiance bar, you need to actively use your CC skills to get credit and break the bar.

Shooting Stars is bug i think , did this about 17 time’s and gave up . i didn’t get hit at anytime and a couple of people that was with me or other party’s say the same thing , just wondering have you got it yet ?
Yes I got it on my first run, I don’t know if maybe got bugged on the last patch, if you want to get it easy, try with a ranged class like deadeye or ranger, and use the mounts to stay above the houses.

This is the most confusing chapter I have ever seen. Each step has had me trying to figure out what and how to do the next step. Not fun.
Now I need to do global support goals for Ebon. I somehow got 1 done, but don’t know how.
Just need to do the daily for the bonus event, earn Ebon Vanguard Support Marks, and spend them in the NPC to buy the supply boxes. You can also buy daily these Support Marks in the same NPC exchanging some mats.
While attacking Ryland in Snowden Drifts CM don’t use EMP to CC him. It bugs blue bar and immediately buffs him up. Instead use your normal skills or item like Wooden Plank etc. You have plenty of time for this.
For the Poultry Protector in Fields of Ruin I found two Citizen Poultry in the crafting area by the exit to the right of the Asura Gate that leads down a small set of stairs to that area. The poultry were just to the right so you could grab them and run up the stairs and get the achieve.
