GW2. All the infusions in Guild Wars 2. A complete showcase of every cosmetic infusion and how to get them.

Infusions can be equipped in ascended or legendary items to grant a small bonus of stats or agony resistance for fractals. However, cosmetic infusions grant unique visual effects that makes them more desirable, especially for fashion purposes.

There are a wide variety of infusions, different styles of cosmetic auras, and different methods of obtaining them. Some can be easy to obtain, others can be purchased on the trading post, and others are very rare which can make them extremely expensive to buy. In this article you can see a complete of showcase of all the infusions, their effects, and how to obtain them.

Wizard’s Vault Infusions

  • Arcane Flow Infusion

Mystic Forge Infusions

  • Mystic Infusion
    • Very rare chance to obtain by combining 1 + 3 Exotic weapons in the Mystic Forge
    • Can be purchased from the Trading Post as well

Open World PvE Infusions

  • Glob of Dragonvoid Aether – Echo of the Dragonvoid
    • Super rare chance to obtain from
      • Reward for completing the Dragon’s End Meta-Event
      • Purchased from Myung-Hee (5 weekly max) at Royal Court – [&BMsMAAA=] in Seitung Province for 200 Imperial Favor each.
    • Super rare chance to obtain from during the Four Winds Festival
    • Can be purchased from the Trading Post as well
  • Festive Confetti Infusion
    • Super rare chance to obtain from completing the Casino Blitz Meta-Event in Crystal Oasis
      • Event starts 5 minutes after daily reset for reference (xx:05) at Amnoon Waypoint – [&BLsKAAA=] and occurs every 2 hours
      • After three rounds of collecting coins, the final event “Stop the choya piñata before it gets away!“ can drop the infusion
    • Super rare chance to obtain from during the Four Winds Festival
    • Can be purchased from the Trading Post as well

  • Chak Egg Sac – Chak Infusion
    • Super rare chance to obtain from completing the King of the Jungle Meta-Event in Tangled Depths
      • Event starts 25 minutes after daily reset for reference (xx:25) at Ley-Line Confluence Waypoint – [&BPUHAAA=] and occurs every 2 hours
      • After defeating the Chak Gerent in all four lanes, the Gerent’s Chest will spawn near the waypoint which can drop the infusion
    • Super rare chance to obtain from during the Four Winds Festival
    • Can be purchased from the Trading Post as well

  • Preserved Queen Bee – Queen Bee Infusion
    • Super rare chance to obtain from completing the Mordrem Vinewrath Meta-Event in The Silverwastes

  • Frost Legion Infusion
    • Super rare chance to obtain from completing the Assault on the Frost Citadel Meta-Event in Drizzlewood Coast (North Meta)
    • Consuming a total of 500 to complete “The End of the Road” achievement
      • These tonics can be created in the Mystic Forge with the following items

      • Event starts 1:15 hours after daily reset for reference (xx:15) at Battleground Ramparts – [&BHwLAAA=] (only if escorts are successful) and occurs every 2 hours
      • There’s two escort events before the world boss can spawn (xx:00) at Soul’s Vendetta Waypoint – [&BIMLAAA=]
        • “Escort the DERVs to the Shatterer Trenches”
        • “Protect the junundu from the invading Branded”
    • Super rare chance to obtain from during the Four Winds Festival

  • Pristine Dragon’s Left Eye – Pristine Dragon’s Right Eye
    • These infusions are separated in 4 pieces, Left and Right eye for each dragon, Primordus and Jormag

    • Rare chance to obtain after completing the World Boss instance Dragonstorm (requires max Dragon Slayer Mastery)
      • Event starts 1 hour after daily reset for reference (xx:00) at Eye of the North Waypoint – [&BAkMAAA=] and occurs every 2 hours
      • A private squad instance can be opened at any time
    • Can be purchased from the Trading Post as well
  • Vial of Liquid Aurillium – Liquid Aurillium Infusion
    • Super rare chance to obtain from the Grand Exalted Chests after completing the Battle in Tarir Meta-Event in Auric Basin
      • Event starts 1 hour after daily reset for reference (xx:00) at Northwatch Waypoint – [&BN0HAAA=] and occurs every 2 hours
      • After defeating the Octovine in all four lanes, players will gain access to the tunnels beneath Tarir where the Grand Exalted Chests can be found, these require to be open
