Overview
The Fresh Air Tempest is a DPS elementalist build with wide cleaving damage and great utility for its team including the ability to output 25 might for the party in its rotation and potentially taking Rebound to ignore mechanics.
Playstyle
Role: DPS 
Stack the damage modifiers you gain from finishing an overload, swapping into Air Attunement with Fresh Air, and hitting with fire fields with your high damaging skills or overlapping pulsing damaging areas. Always use the instant cast Lightning Strike and Flame Barrage (Glyph of Elementals activation) whenever possible, during an overload is the easiest time to do so.
Use Lightning Hammer to fill in the gap when your Fire attunement burst is on cooldown or when you need something to fill the time between your Air Attunement swap and Air Overload. Always use the Lightning Hammer 4 skill as close to the center of the enemy hitbox as possible. Keep using the auto attack while swapping in and out of Air Attunement to Overload Air.
